No, the id is for the "root" resource from which you want to start searching. If you only have one blog resource, use its resource id. You can find this in the Manager, under the Resources tab - it's the number in parentheses next to your blog container resource.

Thanks for the rapid response! I've tried updating the id a few times but it's not been successful. The id is for the SearchResult tpl right?

Hi Nikhil,
You don't have to have your own SearchResult chunk - the default can be used. My guess is you have not used the correct id for your site. Mine is 2, but yours could well be different.

I've followed this tutorial and ghosted everything done but my search is returning "There were no search results for the search "test". Please try using more general terms to get more results."
